If all else fails, you may find yourself forced into a situation where the relentless harassment, persecution, and threats by the state has not only ruined your life and your relationship with your children, but guarantees that you will never be able to get back on your feet, or worse, face jail for the crime of being unemployed or even underemployed (at least in NY State). At his point you may be considering leaving the country, getting a new identity, open an offshore bank account or some other self-preservation tactic (all of which, BTW, is illegal... as such I do not advocate such measures or any measures that are not fully approved of by the State regardless of how ignorant their orders may be or much it may improve your life and the life of your children).
